We are loving our partnership. With more clients turning to online purchases, the PetPA pharmacy and online store have allowed us to offer a more affordable solution, while still maintaining some control over purchases. And, there’s the added benefits of having monthly marketing all done for us, which contributes to passive income at the end of the month. The wellness plans are a great addition to our services, but without having the stress of managing them. The reporting dashboard is great to delve deep into where the practice is performing well (and where it’s not), in a lot more detail than can be extracted easily from our PMS. And, we’re really loving the NPS setup – it’s no work for us and we’re getting some great new Google reviews, which has always been a bit challenging to ask for.
